Meditations and Resources to Heal the Soul
Yoga, meditations, and activities to support women who carry motherhood in their hearts.
These resources are for:
Motherhood is not defined only by raising a child. It is an identity, a truth, a lived experience that can be quiet, complex, and deeply personal. These resources are offered to support you as you explore the tender space where motherhood has lived in your heart rather than your home.
This resources are designed for women who:
- Released a child to adoption
- Experienced abortion
- Have not raised children but identify as mothers
- Serve as aunties, godmothers, or nurturers
- Motherhood never happened for you or
- Something has happened to your child that you want to explore.
- Have completed therapy and are ready to honor their inner mother with gentleness and pride

Meditation –
Opening Your Heart to Wholeness
This meditation is for parents and would be parents who carry a deep, aching loss — whether through death, adoption, abortion, infertility, or a longing that never found form. You belong here. You are safe to feel, to grieve, and to begin to rewrite the story you carry. Tibetan sound bowls played by Sandra Menzies.
