Stand in Your Truth

An 8‑Week Coaching Journey for Women Who Released a Child to Adoption

Want to live a life that honors both your choices and your future?

Do you want to live a life that honors both your choices and your future?

If so, I offer a coaching program and community that provides a supportive environment so you can gain clarity, practice self-compassion, and take practical steps to reclaim your identity and joy.

This program is for people who’ve already done the hard work in therapy and still sense something is missing.

It helps you reauthor your identity beyond the adoption story, build boundaries that protect your energy, and create rituals that honor the child you released while allowing you to thrive.

Each week, you’ll focus on a practical step in the SURF method:

  • Say Goodbye,
  • Understand the story you’ve been living,
  • Reframe limiting beliefs and design boundaries, and
  • Forge forward with rituals, micro habits, and steps that feel reasonable and doable.

Are you feeling invisible?

Does hiding parts of yourself feel like a burden you no longer want to carry?

I understand your feelings.

Listen to me: “You made the best decision for your life. You’ve carried this decision, and it has shaped your life.”

You’ve worked hard to move forward and achieve your goals, AND you still feel that quiet ache.

Now, it’s time to continue your journey and reshape and embrace all of you.

Program Features

Ready for a steady, meaningful growth journey to move you from having a hole to wholeness. Seeking deep emotional exploration, and meaningful reframing.

7-weekly 50-75‑minute sessions + one, 90-minute “Integration” final session

Experience focused, steady progress in a held coaching container. Each weekly session guides you from noticing what’s present to choosing new responses, so you leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and able to act from your values. The final 90‑minute Integration session brings everything together into a practical, visible plan you can use long after the program ends.

Two emergency grounding calls (15 minutes each)

When old feelings surface in unexpected ways, use two short, coach‑led grounding calls to come back to your center. These calls are practical, calming, and action‑oriented — designed to help you steady your breath, reframe the immediate moment, and return to work or family life with more clarity and choice.

Unlimited voice‑note support (Mon–Fri)

Send quick voice notes during the week when questions, small wins, or tricky moments arise. You’ll get timely, coaching‑focused responses that help you translate insight into action, keep momentum between sessions, and feel supported without waiting for the next meeting.

Personalized SURF integration plan

Receive a one‑page, personalized plan that maps your new story, your 90‑day priority, and the weekly micro‑habits that sustain it. This plan turns insight into a simple roadmap you can glance at daily — a practical anchor for steady change and ongoing accountability.

A personalized meditations recorded in my voice specific to you

A short, bespoke meditation recorded for you to use when you need calm, clarity, or a values‑centered reset. Hearing a guided practice tailored to your priorities creates a private, soothing ritual that helps you choose how to show up in moments that matter.

Customized reflection exercises

Receive reflection prompts and short exercises crafted for your story and goals — not generic worksheets. These practices help you notice progress, reframe limiting beliefs, and build confidence through small, repeatable actions that feel doable in a busy life.

A closing ritual or written reflection summarizing their growth

End the program with a meaningful ritual or a written reflection that honors what you’ve done and names the next chapter. This closing practice creates a tangible marker of growth, helping you carry forward both the care you gave in the past and the life you are intentionally building now.

Benefits for participants

This program is designed to translate therapy work into practical change. Below are clear, coaching‑focused benefits women who released a child to adoption can expect, with a brief note about how the SURF framework supports each outcome.

Benefits of Standing in My Truth

Share your story on your terms

You gain the freedom to choose what you say, when you say it, and to whom. That choice brings relief — you no longer feel pressured to explain or justify; instead you offer a version of your life that feels honest, dignified, and aligned with who you are now.

Protect your privacy and set boundaries

Knowing your story lets you decide who needs to know and who doesn’t. That clarity reduces anxiety in conversations, makes it easier to decline probing questions, and preserves emotional energy for the people and places that matter most.

Make space for future contact in a way that honors both journeys

If your child re‑enters your life, you’ll be prepared to welcome them from a grounded place — with rituals, language, and boundaries that respect both your histories. That readiness creates a safer, more compassionate opening for connection that honors both of your paths.

Increase self‑awareness and clarity of values

Rewriting your narrative helps you see which values guided past choices and which values you want to lead now. That clarity makes everyday decisions simpler, strengthens your sense of purpose, and reduces the internal tug‑of‑war between past and present.

    Improve emotional regulation and presence

Practical practices tied to your new story — short grounding tools, micro‑rituals, and intention prompts — help you move through triggering moments with steadiness. The result is fewer reactive episodes, more calm in relationships, and a greater ability to stay present in work and life.

Speak up with confidence and act from choice

When your story is clear, your voice follows. You’ll find it easier to assert needs, say no without guilt, and advocate for yourself in professional and personal settings. That confidence opens space for healthier relationships and more authentic leadership.

Feeling shift you can expect: from carrying a private ache to carrying a chosen story — one that honors your past care, protects your present energy, and supports a future you actively design.

    Emotional integration and inner steadiness

Greater emotional clarity. Learn to notice and name recurring feelings without re‑opening raw processing; this reduces the sense of a persistent, undefined gap. How SURF helps: Understand tools and short grounding audios to build a simple habit of noticing and choosing responses.

Reduced reactivity in daily life. Fewer moments where old pain unexpectedly shapes decisions or interactions. How SURF helps: Noticing practices and micro‑choices create space between trigger and response.

    Meet Sandy

I know what it means to carry a story in silence — and what it takes to rebuild a life from it.

At eighteen, I released my daughter to adoption. With little support and few real options, I did what I believed would give her the best chance. I kept moving — finishing high school, putting myself through college, building a career — all while keeping a part of myself sealed off. On the outside I looked capable and high‑functioning. Inside, there was an ache I didn’t have words for.

Eventually, the weight of what I had tucked away began to surface in ways that didn’t align with who I knew myself to be. That became my turning point. Through therapy, self‑study, and later coaching, I learned boundaries, self‑leadership, and how to choose from clarity instead of old wounds. I learned how to acknowledge my full identity — including the part of me that is a mother.

Today, I coach women who released a child to adoption and now feel a quiet sense of “something missing.” Women who have done the deep therapeutic work and are ready for the next chapter — one defined by steadiness, self‑respect, and choice.

My work is about helping you move from carrying your story alone to living in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and fully yours.
