Assessments

Evidence‑based assessments to deepen self‑awareness, strengthen leadership, and elevate team performance.

The following insight‑driven assessments (DiSC, PrinciplesYou/US, and more) support career growth and leadership development for individuals and teams.

1. DISC profile assessments for professional success

This assessment measures and provides insight into four primary behavioral tendencies and emotions, and explores how these come together in a personal blend of styles to create our DISC style:

D – Dominance: Direct and Guarded, Fast-paced and Task-oriented, Focuses on Problems & Challenges. Individuals with this style are frequently identified as Assertive.

I – Influence: Direct and Open, Fast-paced and People-oriented, Focuses on People & Contacts,. Individuals with this style are frequently identified as Persuasive.

S – Steadiness: Indirect and Open, Slow-paced and People-oriented, Focuses on Pace & Consistency. Individuals with this style are frequently identified as Supportive.

C- Conscientiousness: Indirect and Guarded, Slow-paced and Task-oriented, Focuses on Procedures & Constraints. Individuals with this style are frequently identified as Analytical.

2. Discover Why People Do What They Do — Motivators Assessment

The Motivators Assessment reveals the underlying reasons people choose certain actions and priorities. Where DISC explains how someone behaves, Motivators explains why — exposing the values and belief systems that shape decisions and drive performance.

What it measures: Motivators identify a person’s value hierarchy — the internal drivers that filter choices and shape priorities. Understanding these drivers increases self-awareness, improves team alignment, and helps leaders match roles and responsibilities to what truly motivates each person.

The seven motivator dimensions:

  • Aesthetic: Drive for balance, harmony, and form.
  • Economic: Drive for return on investment of time, money, and resources.
  • Individualistic: Drive to stand out as independent and unique.
  • Power: Drive to influence, lead, or control outcomes.
  • Altruistic: Drive to help others, often at personal cost.
  • Regulatory: Drive to create order, routine, and structure.
  • Theoretical: Drive for knowledge, learning, and understanding. Each dimension combines uniquely to shape priorities and decision-making.

Business benefits:

  • Faster role fit and hiring decisions.
  • Improved coaching conversations that target core drivers.
  • Stronger team alignment by matching tasks to motivators.
  • Greater retention through meaningful work design.

3. 360° Feedback to Accelerate Leadership Growth

The Leadership Effectiveness 360° gathers structured feedback from supervisors, peers, direct reports, and the leader’s self-assessment to deliver a comprehensive view of leadership strengths and development opportunities. The assessment is designed to increase self-awareness, guide development plans, and measure progress over time.

How it works:

  • Multi-rater feedback collects perspectives across the leader’s ecosystem.
  • Actionable report highlights strengths, blind spots, and prioritized development goals.
  • Coaching-ready insights support targeted leadership coaching and succession planning.

Why use it:

  • Objective, evidence-based feedback for promotion readiness and leadership development.
  • Improves team performance by aligning leader behaviors with organizational expectations.
