Mindful Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to connect your mind, body, spirit, and soul.

Each class begins with a presentation of a theme or area of focus for that day’s class. Practice being present using a variety of techniques.  Using a variety of techniques, we practice being present before moving into the stretching and strengthening portion of class. We link our movements with the theme we discussed to embody the lesson and gain greater insight into who you are and how you want to show up in the world. We end each class with a period of rest.” Yoga class focuses on physical alignment connected to themes. Classes are typically offered on a mat or using a chair.

We could use props (such as: blankets, bolsters, straps, blocks, etc.) to support and align your body. No experience necessary. Each class is different and focuses on a variety of themes.
